| Description: | TLC - Track Latency Compensation is a Max for Live audio effect for selective track and group latency alignment in Ableton Live. It lets you group tracks from A to H, detects each track's active latency, and delays faster tracks so they align with the slowest track in the group. V2.15 includes three latency sources: Rapide: uses latency reported by Live and plugins. Sonde: uses paired TLC Sonde IN/OUT devices to measure real per-track delay. Manuel: uses a fixed manual latency value. TLC is designed for live processing, plugin-server setups, parallel chains, and situations where global delay compensation is too broad. The compact interface includes group view, source state, reference latency, compensation amount, and per-track status. Included devices: TLC V2.15: main compensation device. TLC Sonde V1.05: probe device for real measured calibration with a longer 60-second arm window, toggleable arm state, stronger impulse detection, and a built-in PING impulse from the IN probe. Compatibility: TLC Sonde V1.05 is the companion probe device for TLC V2.15. Install both devices to use Sonde mode. TLC V2.15 can still run alone in Rapide or Manuel mode. Note: TLC is a selective compensation tool, not a replacement for Ableton Live's internal delay compensation. Sonde mode requires a clear calibration impulse/click for reliable measurement. |
